  The item was shipped with very little packing, in a bag! not even a box filled with peanuts or shipping paper. With this type of flimsy wrapping, of course, it was broken in transit. Not only was a broken, but the item was huge and completely not what I thought I ordered. I would not recommend this seller to any customer.

  Wow! I don't know how she did it, but Shauna packaged my very fragile item perfectly! It arrived in impeccable condition and I'm so happy with it! Too bad I have to wait until Christmas time to display it. Right now it's on my kitchen table and it might just stay there a while. Thank you Heartfelt Memories, I just love it!
