  Ordered size advertised in listing and received a totally different sized item. Seller didn’t respond to messages and ignored my request for the correct item to be shipped and to accept a return for the wrong item received. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with this seller. Waited almost 2 weeks for item to arrive despite listing stating 2-3 day delivery and being a UK seller when in fact they are in China. Refund issued but that’s not the point. Poor customer service.

  I'm sorry, some products are out of stock and may need to be purchased from China. I'm sorry, some sizes don't match. I have refunded you and can give you a certain discount when you buy other products. I hope you can accept it.

  The item ordered was not like the image in the photos when I opened it. It wasn’t as secure and I contacted seller for a return 3 times for return address and they never bothered to get in touch. Poor service

  Arrived within delivery time window, great value for price, fits my tripod perfectly, nice condition and appearance. Have to downgrade on quality though, as description states it is made of a metal alloy and rubber, it is not! The main body is moulded plastic and you would screw your camera, etc,to the rubber base. The one I replaced had cracked down the middle I was hoping this was a metal base. Will hang on to it just won't rely on its integrity!
