    Hi, I found HeatandPlum.com to have great communication, and fast delivery. Sadly the shower enclosure was found to be damaged when the box was opened. HeatandPlum.com, arranged for a collection and swop for another one. Unfortunately they had not got a replacement, so just collected the damaged one and issued me with a full refund. Thank you for your quick response.

    Sink is excellent, unit is slightly cheap looking. Arrived in two parts, not assembled as described. Knobs are also cheap looking, which I will change to improve the look. Delivery guys were polite and phoned me 15 mins prior to arrival.
