  Aside from FedEx issues of them damaging the item when out for delivery, the seller has been amazingly patient and immediate communications when I let them know and sending out a replacement for more fun and games with FedEx. It's finally arrived and it's perfect. Very well packaged, and completely as described. Shame about FedEx

  The items I ordered were out of stock , I settled for another colour, probably a better choice to be honest, good quality for the price, easy to assemble, the only problem was the delivery company, FedEx knocked the door 15sec later in the van and gone , emailed me to say next day delivery, took the day off especially, as could only tell me before 18.00, 9am I get an email saying following day , spoke to C/S who lied about delivery, ended up collecting in the end

  Had problem with the machine and speed wouldn’t turn up , contacted seller who arranged for new one be brought straight out then swapped even sent me a box as I had broken mine up can’t thought service at all was just purely unlucky that the other one wouldn’t change speed honestly can’t recommend this guy enough

  Excellent seller. Thank you. This item was missing a key component which obviously had been left out at the factory. The seller did everything to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.   What an amazing company!! We purchased a massaging chair for my sons birthday, he wanted a new gaming chair. Unfortunately after a couple of days there was a fault with the chair. I messaged straight away and had an immediate response. The customer service here is brilliant, they offered to exchange the chair immediately, and within a week (today) the new chair arrived.
