    Very poor service , i bought a small lithium battery, the packet arrived with nothing inside ! the seller could not understand this and made it all very painful and time consuming to get a refund. eventually sorted but poor - avoid!

    I am afraid, we do not agree with your assessment. We requested you to send pictures of the package incase it is damaged in transit so we can use those pictures as proof against the courier. Yes, you are guranteed a good product or refund if it is ours or couriers fault. I hope you understand the reason behind asking for the pictures/info.
