    The projector is great so far. It shipped well packaged and quick but without the power cord originally. I contacted the seller who answered within seconds and the power cord was shipped out minutes after communicating. Seller forwarded the tracking and carrier details almost instantaneously. Really impressed by the prompt customer service. And the projector only had 2000 hrs of lamp usage. Also very clean with the original bracket attached. Hubs loves it!

Jason worked with me to get the items SECURELY packed (and he did an AMAZING GREAT job), worked directly with the shipper and ensured that everything got here safely and in good condition. He even de-palletized when it was too tall for the delivery vehicle! items exactly as described, excellent value. I was able to hook up two of the PDUs today and they worked really WELL!!     Good seller. Product just as described. Shipped out quickly. Recommend and would definitely purchase from again. On a side note not directed at the seller but any sellers please do whatever you can to avoid shipping products with USPS. They are a complete joke. Had a package delivered to me in two days from order date from Georgia via UPS. This package took 10 dayd to receive from Florida thanks to USPS being so useless. Just trying to give some helpful advice.

    The seller has re-sent the order and it is expeced to arrive on Monday, July 14th. A mixup at the shipper caused an apparant loss or delay of the original shipment. The seller has been very responsive in solving the problem and arranging for a replacement order to be shipped by Priority Mail. I am completely satisfied with the seller s actions to resolve this shipper issue.
