My necklace arrived in a hard shell box but when I opened it the necklace was broken. I have sent three messages to the seller but I have not received any responses about a refund or replacement. I spent almost $20 and can’t wear this necklace.

I never received any message from the buyer, I'm not sure why a case wasn't opened if it was broken. The necklace was in perfect shape when it left my hands.
