Arrived in good condition but the wrong colour. I messaged to explain I’d like to return it and then make a new purchase for the colour I wanted. I heard nothing from the Seller but had an eBay message telling me to contact the Seller for postage arrangements. I did this and again, had no reply. Eventually I had to contact eBay for resolution and, fortunately, have now been refunded. Perhaps this is a wonderful company to buy from when they get their order right - but ***BUYER BEWARE!***

Love the robe. Very pretty fabric. Great summer weight. Nicely made. FYI, shipping to the USA took a while which was to be expected but the tracking is awful so that was frustrating. But, aside from the shipping/tracking annoyance, the robe is lovely and, I will probably buy another from this seller in the future as they offer many pretty choices.

Seller listed wrong size in description, when I emailed to verify, they INSISTED it was correct, and then AFTER I bought it, they claim in fact I paid them for the smaller size, now they will try to give ME a defect based on their negligence, AFTER I even email them to point out the mistake. Whatever the customer told is wrong, we send the same item to the customer in the same size that the customer has purchased. We sent several e-mails to the customer but the customer did not respond as if the customer had already made up its mind to give us negative feedback and the customer did so. We do not cheat our customers. We only informed the customer that there was a size error in this listing and did not tell the customer that we would send them the smaller item. We ship the same item t
