Hengyuotong only sent 5 caps instead of 6. I ask them to send the missing item and they replied by asking me to purchase another 6 caps and they would refund the money . I refused to repurchase the whole set again and ask them to send the missing cap . They said that they would do this but it has been no sign of said item

We said we would refund you the full amount, but you said no, and we will send you a new set that you don't need to pay for, but you don't want it either.
