The item was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail 🙄, but Henry researched all the possible business addresses and then contacted them to in turn to locate the item! He went above and beyond what was reasonably expected, especially as the mistake wasn’t his fault. He kept me updated of where he’d tried so we didn’t duplicate. The item was located but sadly had to be returned and he issued me with a refund. Clearly an honest and very helpful seller. Thank you
