First used steering wheel was lost in shipping. Seller called and got my approval to send a higher quality replacement at no extra charge to me which I received. Now seller is dealing with shipping company, not me. When things go wrong is when you can differentiate the good from the bad sellers. This seller is great.

Thanks it came a little late due to the post office as it was during Memorial Day weekend last week so every was backed up but it arrived today and I’m so grateful! Unfortunately the seller had to cancel due to the item being out of stock. It's a bit annoying, but there is a positive. The seller stated it was brought to his attention that the item was out of stock. They apologized and refunded the money. Here's the positive: the seller was honest in the cancellation and listed the reason as out of stock and they have not relisted the item (at a higher price). I know this causes a defect to the seller account. 100% honest seller and would use again!
