  The part I have received was damaged. The seller has offered partial refund which I was inclined to accept, but I was able to secure the whole unit for spares elsewhere and rejected the offer. The seller approved the full refund and gave me a phone call to apologise and to let me know they didn't require me to send the damaged part back. I'm very pleased with the way the seller has handled the situation and I do recommend this business

  The item is as described. It's a bit dirty but as it's a hose for a vacuum cleaner, I wouldn't expect it to be spotless. My one had split, so I checked this thoroughly and it's fine. I ordered it on a Monday and it was ready to collect (my choice, rather than delivery) on the Thursday, so within the times given. The item was well packaged, in a sturdy box and also a plastic bag.
