    Never got the colours correct I ordered two lighters rose gold and gold and once I made the order I got a stupid message saying that gold out of stock and got offered a 36p refund utter joke And when I opened the parcel turn out they also messed up this rose gold that was gold that was apparently out of stock I think you need a eye check or common sense Avoid this seller Now ordered with a different company that know about this company lol

    I have ordered engraved Parker pen which was supposed to be a birthday present. It has been delivered without engraving and when I contacted the seller he blamed it on me, saying I have not chosen engraving option which I clearly have. I have even attached copy of my order to prove it, but seller was not interested in listening. Lost money, and got unsuitable item which I can not use now. Don't use this seller.Highly disappointing and zero customer service.
