  I did read the feedback. As it mainly referred to plug plants I decided to purchase. The willows I received were not bare root. The seller gave an explanation in that the listing had not been changed for winter. Why should it? A further message of questionable tone followed explaining how other sellers grew the willow, the roots would be brittle and fall off anyway, and I would get the same as what he sent. To be fair good comms and no problem getting my refund so neutral not negative.

  Very well packaged and all very healthy plants. I ordered 20 bare root strawberries as I thought it was excellent value and they arrived nearly packaged in two plastic bags which were still damp inside. I unpacked them and had received 3 extra plants so I’m really pleased, this is similar value to some wholesalers so I highly recommend this seller!
