Heritage Pipe Shop specializes in "pipes with a past." We do not try to return it to "like new" condition, we consider the wear a pipe has gained in its life to be a kind of patina. Therefore, when you buy an estate pipe from us, you can expect the following:

The pipe has gone through a "refreshing"
The pipe has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, ready to smoke out of the box
The bowl has been reamed and cleaned using the time-tested salt and alcohol method
The outside of the pipe has been cleaned, and briar pipes have been treated with a restoration balm and polished with carnauba wax

We also have a variety of new pipes, pipe accessories, and other vintage/collectables

    Shipping was prompt. They automatically refunded shipping for multiple purchases. The pipes were packaged superbly and came in condition as advertised. Heritage Pipes is honest and descriptive about their estate pipes. They are restoring pieces of nostalgia and history and I value that. Immense value of these pipe. There are no harsh residual smells. They are professionals at this and so far they are the only ones I want to continue buying estate pipes from. Excellent!!

    Fast shipping and packaged well. This pipe was as described. I did have an issue with the stem not passing a pipe cleaner but the seller was great to work with. The seller offered to try and fix it if I sent it back but I decided to keep the pipe since I can't find it now LOL. I will try to fix it my self when I find it.

    A neat little Morgan Bones pipe with an eye-catching ring-blasting pattern. I have quite a few Bones pipes & this is a nice one, exceeding .expectations, better than described & pictured. The small packaging box was just right & contained several unexpected bonus items; Heritage Pipe Shop branded box of matches, stickers, & fridge magnet (nice marketing!).
