  Beautiful Sofa in perfect condition ..Issue with price sorted quickly . Unfortunately the outside courier used did not contact us prior to delivery . Just turned up at the door and I had to leave work to come home to take the delivery. Then they were not happy to have to wait for me. Even after explaining to them they should of given notice via email or phone to arrange delivery day and estimated time etc. A big let down considering the excellent service from Herts Homestore
