    16 days from purchase still no item. Seller said they had proof it had been delivered. I had proof it had not. Asked for screenshot of sellers alleged proof. Nothing. On last day of return "grace" period for seller to sort, refunded. Quite simply not truthful. Could not provide proof of delivery, because it never was! I will avoid this seller like the plague in future.

    Good Morning. First of all, please do not misinterpret my words because I said that Royal Mail has a recording from the postman's chest camera, not that I have that recording. I am currently waiting for the video from Royal Mail. Secondly, you chose the cheapest delivery option, which has GPS tracking by the postman but is only visible for business accounts. The refund occurred automatically because that is required by eBay's policy. Kind Regards Adrian H&H Director
