  Item was as described. The Pioneer Woman laundry bag was folded oh so nice and packed in a clear package inside the shipping package with a Thank You sticker on the clear package and the bag was clean. It was so nicely done I wanted it to stay that way. THE SELLER DID THE BEST IN ALL WAYS. The value was great + the shipping was reasonable.

  This is a GREAT place to order a Needlepoint kit from! Due to a mistake with my shipping address, I needed to have my order cancelled and relisted so I could repurchase with my correct shipping address showing. Though I am sure it was aggravating to go thru all this, this seller was very accommodating and made me feel like my purchase was appreciated! I would absolutely buy from this seller again.   Highly recommend! Seller shipped the item immediately after purchase, but USPS seemed to be going in a "loop" sending the package to various USPS distribution centers, and then it just "disappeared". However, the seller was extremely helpful when notified that I hadn't received the item when expected, and contacted USPS immediately about the missing package. Shortly afterwards, the package could be tracked again, and it finally arrived 1 week after the due date. Seller was awesome! Thank you!!
