  All of the parts were in pkg but no foot pegs. Seller shipped missing foot pegs out right away. Great communication. Foot pegs still in transit but parts that arrived look like great quality.

  The value and the parents of the product was just fine. The hardware that came with the product was wrong. The seller had emailed me saying that the hardware could possibly be wrong or missing. I responded to the email saying that it was either wrong or it was missing. I never heard anything back from the seller. So I had to take the pegs to Lowe's and figure out my own hardware.
