    Seller cancelled the order after I had paid for it. They then cancelled on the basis the item was no longer available, and then had the cheek to message me to say they were going to relist at a higher price. I messaged them and they said they would sell me half the quantity of tyres for just under 3 times the price!! See screenshot of the conversation...

    Apologised to customer for our mistake. Two tyres were priced wrongly for only £36.81 including free delivery. Unfortunately we will be making a loss if we proceeded ahead. Cancelled order and contacted the customer with a discounted price. Customer refused, we then proceeded ahead to relist our tyres at the correct price. Genuine mistake as we sell 1000s of tyres online and offline per month through out our branches in Scotland.
