It’s an odd way to send a serum. Usually comes in a tube sealed. However, it smells authentic and looks authentic. It was slightly cheaper than I usually pay but I guess this is a customer giveaway from a high end store. Came packed in a cardboard outer that looked like a gift pack. Would prefer a sealed bottle then I know it’s not been tampered with.

I ordered 100ml of Hedrin and received a small 60ml instead. I requested either a refund or replacement but the seller is taking a while to resolve the issue, despite the fact that I already sent him the pictures he requested as proof! Very poor customer service!
