    OK great value very poor packing, item hurt by shipping company, first 4 contacts in first four days I got four different answers to supply of one lost tee piece after providing pictures and fixing the bent parts. Finally seller advised they had no control of inventory of small parts that come in their items, and I would have to repack and ship back a 50 lb item and receive a refund then I could repurchase. I modified it and made the item work for me. I think I would buy elsewhere but item is A+

    A used/refurb that was actually priced reasonably! Arrived in actual OEM refurb box and is in like new condition. Arrived early as well. Very pleased all around with this purchase. Seller could have done more in the description to state that it did come with everything etc., but it's a case of delivering above expectations. I'd just hate for them to lose a sale here or there because of misplaced mistrust when they deserve the sale.

    They arrived so fast, I forgot I ordered them! The listing was for used grills. I ordered 2. The boxes were opened, but they still had factory plastic wrap on the grills. They had never been completely opened. Everything was intact and all items present. They maybe had to list as used due to slight scuffing on the outer packaging? I'm using them in a SXS so even if they had a couple of scratches I wouldn't mind. I'm happy with this purchase.
