    Unfortunately the box was damaged in transit- being a glass hob we couldn’t take the chance that it was just the box that was damaged and we had to refuse delivery, DHL wouldn’t let us inspect it and it never made it off the van. Hi-Fi tower were brilliant. Refunded very quickly and offered us a discount on a future purchase- as we still wanted it, it was a no brainer to reorder. Excellent customer service from Hi-Fi Tower and brilliant communication.

    This is a very good ice cream making machine. I’ve used it to make four different batches of ice cream already and it only arrived a few days ago. Lots of communication with the seller as it arrived with a small dent due to carrier mishandling. I was offered a discount which I accepted. I would highly recommended the seller and the the 2 ltr ice cream making machine.

    The Gas Hob 70 cm 5 Burner, arrived new, as describe and in fantastic condition as expected. The product is built well and feels very sturdy. It looks premium and good value for its price. The service I received from hifi-tower was excellent. They were very understanding and responsive to my requirement via message. I would not hesitate to use them again.
