"T" is GREAT!...very communicative, personable, professional, and the item is exactly as described...Brand New. We did run into problems with the custom authorities. which delayed shipping. However, "T" kept me constantly up to date, always clearly explained what was happening. I was thinking about cancelling the order (because of the delay) and told "T" to reduce my refund by $100 because he did such a good job of managing the problem, but "T" refused to reduce my refund. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
