As a DIY’er it’s often difficult to buy some products in small quantities. I was glad to find these stainless steel screws being sold in packs of ten so I wasn’t forced to buy more than I needed. Taking account of post and packaging the price was very reasonable for something I just couldn’t buy locally and of course I saved a lot of time visiting hardware shops in the hope of finding them. Good communication and fast delivery was also very welcome. A modest purchase very well handled.

The screw received was as-described, and the seller despatched it on the same day I ordered. It took 7-8 working days to arrive, despite the listing saying "Free 3 day postage". Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush to receive it, but worth noting for other buyers.

Hi, Thank you for your order. Item was ordered on the 15th and dispatched on the 15th as we say. The correct postage was applied however we can not account Royal Mail delivery times. This is out of our control and we have to out trust in them that they will delivery the item as accordance to there terms.
