    After I waited almost a whole month and opened a dispute in PayPal, they answered and sent a tracking number in general for a shipment within France and not from France to the destination country...really crooks who took their time and thought to work on me and eBay by delivering and showing that it arrived on 12/15/23, but it happens to be a number Tracking within France and this is also a month after the maximum range of arrival to the destination country.
