The Seller failed to despatch the lampshade in time frame. I should have received it by 2 January, it was posted on 3 January when I asked E-bay what was Packaging in a flimsy cardboard box, not fastened well, my address written in scruffy biro writing. The lampshade did not match up to given measurements. Big disappointment. Received refund but when Seller asked had I returned the lampshade I told her I would when I received postage costs. This she did. Will not be doing business with her again

EBay said I’d post Jan 2nd but that’s still New Year holiday here in Edinburgh so I posted the earliest I could on Jan 3rd. My writing is scruffy but I’ve checked with the post office about it and they’re fine with it as long as code’s neatly written. Yes I chose a used box as the item didn’t need a new sturdy box as just made with raffia. We’re an ecologically minded business;which is why we use biro not toxic indelible pens. The lamp was handmade and sizes do vary. Listing’s been amended
