  Can’t believe I spent over $30 for a hinge that is apparently rare due to its age; but it is what it is. They did ship fast and delivered the product I ordered as advertised so I overall I am very pleased. I just don’t hope I need a similar hinge any time soon at least until I sell the house!

The items were described in exactly the right way because these are out of production and difficult to find.
