  I have gone back and forth with this vendor. I want a refund for a ugly ornament that is no way near what it is advertised as. That was a Sympathy Gift and nOw i need to find something else. This vendor the first contact offered a 10% refund, I declined. Then it was a 30% refund and I could sell it myself. I Âm enclosing a picture of this terrible ornament and what they show..
