  Box arrived damaged, contacted them and let them know as I didn't have time to inspect it right away. They offered a partial refund if the item was damaged before we even knew. It wasn't and I thanked them for the offer and declined it as there wasn't any issue with the item just the packaging was messed up.

  Everything went well overall. I had a problem with the US to AU power adaptor being broken, in my opinion in transit as it was loose in packaging. Seller refunded me fair amount for the adaptor and I was able to purchase a replacement from Bunnings. I have used the metal blade to cut some steel and the hobby saw earned it's purchase and most happy with it. Delivered as described in listing. Thank you!
