1. Delivery was a nightmare . It got stuck in customs. Seller informed me that import around 4 times lower than it really was. They asked for evidence of that. I supplied official customs evidence. Apologized for being wrong but refused to negotiate any compensation. Therefore what was the point of using my time to send you the bureaucratic information that you required ? As a free service to you ? 2.The actual product was set up terribly. It was lucky I'm experience enough to sort this. A mess

According to eBay policy, customs duties are the buyer's responsibility and this is stated in our listing. We verify estimated import duties upon request; however, the buyer did not ask. When the buyer requested a partial refund claiming excessive customs, we sought detailed information to check if the charges were too high. Taiwan’s customs rates are 8-16%, and the charged rate was 15%, confirming proper procedure. We set up guitars before shipping but loosen strings to prevent damage.

Beautiful guitar that came with unexplained damage. seller very communicative but slow about a refund. In the end went to eBay and received a half off refund.

I want to assure you that we acted promptly on the agreed 50% refund, although eBay's procedures might delay its processing. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
