    I received 6 packs of solidified powders - obviously had got wet - totally useless. Sent a message on Ebay immediately - no reply. Waited a few hours, another message - no reply. I messaged them on their website. No Reply. The next day I got a reply saying they would refund me. No refund OR contact. Next day I message them and eventually got a refund after sending 2 messages, followed by a message of apology. This was the only positive experience. Once burned....
