    There was a slight mix-up when the wrong Body Shop gift was delivered, but HM Trading soon rectified the mistake. As a gesture of goodwill they 'gifted' the lovely set of body butters which had been delivered by mistake. My relative was thrilled with her Satsuma bath set and by the generosity of the company -and I was too. Thank you HM Trading !
