  Please know that these are not Chrome Grill inserts, they are just the 4 squares beside them for over $100 + tax! The picture is very misleading! The only communication I got was on the day my shipments was supposed to arrive. They then advise me that it was late, no tracking, no date. Just late!

  Contacted company before purchase to make sure items were in stock and ready to ship, was told in reply "Yes, items are in stock". Made the purchase totaling $1494.50. Items were immediately marked "shipped" with no tracking #. 2 weeks go by, and still no shipment received. Contact company, and they reply "We don't have any" after I was told they do, and they are still listed for sale. They did not refund my payment, had to file a case with Ebay to get a refund. This company is an absolute joke.

  Ordered but did not receive correct item. Contacted seller, took a couple days but they responded. They offered to let me keep wrong item at reduced refund amount or return for full refund. I ended up keeping wrong item and giving it to someone else; just wasn’t worth the hassle of having to take time out of my day to print label, repackage, and take to Post Office then wait for refund. Will not be doing business w/ this seller in future.
