Item arrived broken in pieces. Item is fragile. Item was wrapped in very light craft wrap . No bubble wrap. No marked Fragile on the box. When contacted seller , their response was that I have to deal with USPS. As they are the holder of the insurance, according to eBay THEY should be dealing with usps and a refund should happen. Ages ago, I sold on eBay and never had this happen with my fragile items. eBay said to contact them again on June 21 if this is not refunded. They will get involved.
