    product dumped at my front door by royal mail, even though i requested to them for a Saturday delivery. and yea they said they would deliver it on Saturday, however when i came home from work there it was, ripped packaging. absolutely disgraceful, i have a good mind to return it as unfit for delivery. one very unhappy customer with your chosen delivery company. however, the product I hope when it is fully opened, will reveal what i have been waiting for. I shall see shortly.

    I have now been mucked around by Evri all week - parcel not delivered , Evri webpage showing wrong info , Evri not helping at all . Supplier not replying to my emails And refusing to help . Why do I have to talk to an Evri robot all week trying to find out where my parcel is ? Supplier ignoring me but has my money . Now having to Contact eBay to get a refund . Very bad customer service and I still don’t have my parcel - 5 days after I was told I’ve have it ? Avoid this seller .

    We replied to all the buyers messages and concerns. The buyer rang our shop and was rude and used abusive language towards our female members of staff. We reassured the buyer that his delivery was in progress and provided a tracking link. The courier has since delivered the parcel to the buyer.
