    Item listed as fully functional at full price was not & turned out to be of display quality only. Seller refused the request of a compromise of a partial refund by disabled buyer who couldn’t get out to return substandard item to the seller for a full refund. eBay seller then tried to compare himself to a big box/online retailer. Absolutely shameful. Would not recommend.

    Sorry you were unhappy with the quality of this item. The listing was not incorrect in stating that it was functional. This item sold brand new from manufacturer as a functioning piece not a display piece. I offered full refund for return of item but I was met with many reasons as to why you would/could not return item.
