    Ordered this on Feb. 26, by March 3, it still hadn't been shipped, so I messaged seller, they replied, "Hello, my apologies for the delay, I will send it out ASAP", by March 5, still not shipped, on March 8th requested cancellation. ebay got back to me on March 10 that my cancellation was denied. On March 11, item still not delivered message sent to ebay, my money was refunded. The lack of seller communication was stunning, if there was a problem I would have been more than happy to wait.

    Great communication. Unfortunately the vase arrived broken but seller was very helpful and we worked it out. Sad not to have the vase but would buy from this seller again. Please mark the boxes Fragile… maybe the post office would be more careful.
