    Disgusting service. purchased something that could be posted straight out on the 30/4 and on the 7/5 NO sign posting. I messages the seller to say if they was not going to post please issue a refund. My message was ignored, they uploaded tracking on the 8/5. On the 12/5 still NO sign of the parcel being posted so I opened a case. AGAIN I WAS IGNORE. They posted the item 13/5. 20 days

    Bought 28th april,raised a complaint as item never arrived.finally arrived 11th may.seller said lost in post so asked for original postage details so i could track and i was ignored so i believe seller never sent.comms absolutely terrible,didnt respond when case opened,now ebay wont let me return as ive opened a case.avoid like the plague,truly shocking ebaying

    Original order was sent out via royalmail 2nd class , when the seller informed me there order had not arrived i explained that i could not offer tracking as royal mail standard 2nd class is a non tracked service, a replacement was sent out straight away via a tracked service. the buyer then opened a returns and chose to close the return them selves and is now trying to paint me as a bad seller! unfortunately i have no control over the courier services and sometimes things go wrong.

    Absolute rubbish,there were no virtually no comms,could have sent me the session number which proves posting.didnt send this proving they hadnt as i specifically asked.no response to case when opened,got form for this check other negatives and neutrals,bought items from china and recieved quicker and better comms than this.
