  The item is of good quality and condition. It is not exactly like the picture, part of this is the way it is shipped and the other part is that any sculpting that hay have been done was impacted at some point in getting the item. I can tell they tried, that there was no misrepresentation but they could improve packaging to help it keep the product in line with set expectations. Going to put some work into it and it should work out fine.
