    I would heartily recommend this seller. I ordered a laptop, and then saw another from the same seller which may have been better. I contacted them and explained our requirements. The seller looked through all his laptops, even weighing them for me, and gave me their recommendation. They then sent me a different laptop to the one I actually ordered, because it suited our needs better. It came quicker than I expected, and I am really pleased with it.

    I initially bid for a an elderly laptop and had a response from John advising that when he fired it up, he realised it was really slow and needed a new battery. I explained what it was needed for and he offered me a much newer, faster alternative for not much more, including a new SSD in place of the the spinning original. It arrived within 48 hours and is just the job. I'm delighted to have found such an honest and helpful vendor, and will have no hesitation in going back in future
