The item had a delayed release date, but the seller was very communicative throughout the process and gave me the choice multiple times to either wait for it or to cancel my order.   Ordered a plaque from them when they had 10+ “in stock” then waited over a month for them to send it out as they said that’s how long it took to process the order for them, I followed up at the due time and they confirmed it would ship out the next day, that next day they write stating they do not have the item due to “quantity error” and issued me a refund, and they still sent out a package with a loose piece of paper stating they do not have the item… waste of time and disappointed customer
