  Recieved this PU FOAM topper which is not memory foam as advertised. I ordered and paid for a 10cm double bed topper but its 5cm, messaged seller, was told PU is memory foam which is incorrect it needs to be treated to become memory foam. This looks like a bath sponge. I was told its opened so no refund. Luckily e bay buyer protection has said i can return it for a refund. This could have been a very expensive excercise if I did not have e bay buyer protection.
