The item was lost by USPS and arrived a month late BUT, the seller's communication and politeness throughout—including offering a refund— was excellent and respectful of the inconvenience on my end.     The two faucets ordered arrived in perfect condition and the value is excellent! I love the look and feel of these high quality faucets. The seller was excellent time deal with. The faucets were stuck at a USPS distribution center for over a week. When I co tasted the seller concerning this, he promptly co tasted USPS and they resumed their journey and made it to my home in excellent condition.
