Seller tried to outsmart me proposing me a £4 reward for the return post although the price was at least £8+! In the end I got a full refund. Item got delayed then LOST within transit that I had to contact Evri to rectify, to which i couldn't get through to a person as everything was automated. Not once was i contacted throughout Whole experience. Which overall was time wasting and exhausting. My advice to you is to find a decent company to deliver your packages as they will affect your customers/business and also end up leaving a negative review.
