This feeder is well-made, and the way it is packaged in a cardboard box has made a lot of difference to the way it was delivered, compared with other ones I have had in the past. Many times the feeders arrive with little dents and distortions to the cage/lid, when only sent on a plastic bag. Not in this case, and I also like the inclusion of a bird spotting chart. Also a great price, altogether a very good purchase. Thank you very much.

Originally purchased by accident 30 seconds after asked to cancel. seller ignored request I message 6 times over 1 week still ignored still hadn't sent item. They then message me over 1 week later refusing cancellation and still hadn't sent item. Got item late, to see it was send in thin plastic case in a bag was crushed, damaged and didn't work. message seller and again they ignore messages and don't send return label. Ebay had to get my refund back.
