I received the carburetor but the gaskets were not in the box. The gaskets were supposed to be included. When I contacted seller they offered to refund part of the price. I told them the carburetor was of no value to me without the gaskets. They said maybe I could find some locally so far I have not been able to able to locate any. Won’t buy from them again.

We ordered 2 of these fittings and they were sent separately, the second arriving a couple of weeks after the first. But the seller responded very well to emails and followed up what the delay in delivery was and kept us informed of expected delivery. The fittings seem very good quality and their customer service was great.

Seller sent cable for a different mower, didn t offer to pay return shipping (to China). Listed item title, description and 13 pictures didn t match the cable sent. Listed and what I needed was clutch cable for Honda HRR216K9-K11 mower 54510-VL0-P02, what was sent was traction control cable for Toro 105-1845 which is very different to the Honda cable listed.
We came to an agreement for a partial refund which was the best I was going to get from this sellers mistake to avoid further cost to us.
