I asked for a wine red corsage bracelet. They sent me a navy one. They then ignored all 3 messages asking them to put things right. I was made to feel I didn't matter as a customer as they already had what they wanted. Customer satisfaction meant nothing when the money entered their pockets. You can get the same items at the same price & waiting time elsewhere on eBay. Do yourselves a favour if you want to be treated as more than this and shop elsewhere. You deserve that at the least!
