Missing part. Asked if the lamp was previously returned but seller insisted it's brand new. Was offered missing part to be sent, after 3 days waiting and emails finally was asked to send back. No address or label for return. Good job I opened case with ebay as this way got quick resolution. Was fully refunded by ebay. I still think it was returned lamp as the wires were twisted, never seen brand new lamp with twisted wires. So keep en eye on wires. Luckily ebay was great and fast with resolution
