Lovely fire, just as described. The seller dispatched it straight away but there was an issue with the carrier, Yodel. They were late three days late delivering having said they couldn’t find my address! After an online chat and me insisting they deliver on the 4th day, it was delivered at 8pm.
This was not the sellers fault at all and I would definitely buy from them again.

Item came glass was chipped and cracked. Offered £10 then offered £25 declined both as paid over £100 so after a week of emails they finally said they would send a new one. Received it poor quality the plastic seals were missing will definitely not order from here again !!!!
